| $100 Community Supported Table Share/Certificate |
Eat 'n Meet Grill and larder is America's first CST (community supported table). Chef John Vargo brought his innovative concept to the Adirondack Mountains to fine tune it without all of the pressures and limitations of urban areas. The concept is based around the idea that a restaurant can serve a community as a resource for fundraising, helping local farmers find a market for their products, and providing a space for the community to be a part of the process. In that spirit, he has created a way for those who want to be a part of the success of the concept by purchasing shares of the restaurants "harvest". The shares work like gift certificates in that they are redeemable by patrons for food prepared at the restaurant. They differ, in that they are discounted 10%, they never expire, they can be kept on file here at the restaurant, and most importantly ,they provide us with working capital to survive the winter months when our operating costs rise and our income declines. Show your support for a restaurant that puts it's money where it's mouth is every day of the year!

| Jamaican Maroun hot sauce 5oz. |
Mountain men are free! Jamaican Marouns headed for the Blue Mountains rather than live as slaves in their own land. Not only that, they caused plenty of trouble for the white men who thought they could break their spirit. They are the ancestors of today's Rastafarians. They live free in their minds as well as their bodies! Scotch bonnet peppers, mustard, vinegar and island spices really add life to fresh grilled fish, chicken, pork and veggies.
